We are part of a global group of companies, each of which is a separate legal entity and some of which are located in countries outside the EU (hereby the “Unifrutti Group” or the “Group Entities”). This Privacy Policy is issued on behalf of the Unifrutti Group and when we refer to “We”, “Us” and/or the “Company” in this Privacy Policy we are referring to the relevant company in the Unifrutti Group responsible for processing your data.

You directly provide our company with the data that we collect when you complete the ‘contact form’ on our website and we solely use these data to respond to your request. When you navigate our website, we do not collect, store or process your data for any purposes. We do not either collect any Special Categories of Personal Data, as defined in the GDPR.
